Section 15(xvi) in Rajasthan Go-Seva Ayog Act, 1995
(xvi)take into custody the abandoned stray, confiscated or seized bovine animals from the concerned local bodies, other competent authorities or courts alter due authorisation under any law for the time being in force and to maintain them properly, and
