Section 10(1)(a) in Kerala Forest (Regulation of Sawmills and Other Wood-based Industrial Units) Rules, 2012

(a)An Application for renewal of licence shall be made by the licence in Form Number IC to the Authorised Officer before three months from the date of expiry of the period of licence, along with the renewal fee specified in Schedule C.
