Section 173(1) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2017
(1)In every mine, lamp stations for relighting safety lamps may be fixed by the manager at suitable places belowground and every such station shall be legibly marked Relighting Station, which shall be situated in a main intake airway, and shall be placed in charge of a competent person.
