The petitioners submit that this is a matter relating to granting of Diploma in Elementary Education Certificate by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
I direct the petitioners to serve a copy of this order upon the NIOS intimating that this court wants a report in the form of an affidavit by two weeks from date when it will appear in the list for further hearing.
The file has not been placed before me, as, I am told, the file could not be sent by the department.
I direct the department to send the file by 5 th August, 2021.
2Mr. Chowdhury appears physically for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education as, he says, that he has not received the link despite his endeavour.
