Section 26(2) in High Court of Gujarat (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2011
(2)No Court employee having a spouse living, shall enter into, or contract, a marriage with any person;Provided that the High Court may permit a Court employee to enter into, or contract, any such marriage as is referred to in clause (1) or (2), if it satisfied that -(i)such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such Court employee and the other party to the marriage, and(ii)there are other grounds for doing so.Part-III Penalties, Competent Authority and Procedure for Imposing Penalties
