(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, nothing in this Act shall affect validity, effect or consequence of anything done or suffered to be done under the said law, rule or order before the date on which the provisions of this Act come into force.[Added by Act No. 10 of 2016, dated 23.7.2016.]
