Learned ASG appearing for the respondent has also placed before us a copy of the order dated 30.08.2022 passed by the Trial Court specifically assigning utmost priority to the matter and fixing the case for recording of evidence on day-to-day basis from 15.09.2022 onwards.

Taking note of the overall circumstances and also the order passed by the Trial Court and expecting expeditious proceedings with priority to the matter, the prayer for bail is declined at this stage.

The petition stands dismissed. All pending applications stand disposed of.
