Section 116(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(1)On and after the date on which a final scheme comes into force, any person continuing to occupy any land which he is not entitled to occupy under the final scheme, may in accordance with the prescribed procedure be summarily evicted by the Authority or any of its officers authorised in that behalf by that Authority.
