102S. Member, officers and employees to be public servants.
- Every member of the Board or every officer or employee of the Board shall, when acting or purporting to act under the provisions of this Act, be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Act No. 45 of 1860).
