Section 10(1) in The Bihar Apartment Ownership Act, 2006
(1)Every person to whom any Apartment is allotted, sold or otherwise transferred by the Promoter, on or after the commencement of this Act shall, save as otherwise provided in Section 11, and subject to the other provisions of this Act, be entitled to the exclusive ownership and possession of the Apartment so allotted, sold or otherwise transferred to him.
