Section 34(3) in The Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Rules, 2002
(3)A written notice specifying the date, hour and place of meeting and the business to be transacted thereat shall be given to every member and shall be accompanied by a copy of the scheme to be considered at the meeting. The notice to each member and creditor shall,-(i)be delivered or tendered to him in person;(ii)be sent to him by registered post; or(iii)be served on him in such other manner as may be specified in the bye-laws of the society.
