Section 13(1) in The Punjab Backward Classes Land Development and Finance Corporation Act, 1976
(1)The State Government shall appoint [-] [Words 'one of the directors, being' omitted vide Punjab Act No. 20 of 1981.] an officer of the State Government, as Executive Director who shall hold that office during its pleasure.
