Date : 15.12.2021 Heard Mr. A.I. Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. Gogoi, learned standing counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2.
Issue notice returnable on 31.01.2022. As the respondent nos.1 and 2 are represented, requisite additional copies of the writ petition be furnished to the learned departmental counsel in course of the day today.
