- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-

(i)The Senate;

(ii)The University Governing Council ;

(iii)The Academic Council;

(iv)The Research Council;

(v)The School Governing Councils;

(vi)The Department Governing Councils;

(vii)The Faculties; and

Such other bodies as may be specified by Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
