22. Accounts.
(1)The balance-sheet and accounts including the profit and loss accounts of the Corporation shall be prepared and maintained in such form and manner as may be prescribed.(2)The Corporation shall cause its hooks and accounts to be balanced and closed on the thirty-first day of March each year.
