ORDER
Information sought:
The Appellant filed RTI Application dated 28.09.2019 seeking information on the following four points:
1) "Kindly provide me the information related to me for my qualifying service/pensionable service duly verified from Accounts as on 31.10.2017 i.e. till my relieving on deputation to UIDAI RO Mumbai.
2) Kindly provide me the information related to me for my qualifying service/pensionable service for pension benefit duly verified from Accounts as on date of RTI reply.
3) My balance leave on Average Pay (LAP) and HPL as on 31.10.2017 i.e. till my relieving on deputation to UIDAI RO Mumbai, according to service register duly verified from Accounts.
4) Kindly provide me photocopy of my service register duly attested and updated as on date of RTI reply of this application along with Leave Account Sheet updated up to 31.10.2017 i.e. up to relieving on deputation to UIDAI RO Mumbai duly attested."
The Assistant Personnel Officer / APIO (Personnel) Central Railway, Solapur Branch vide letter dated 21.10.2019, informed to the Appellant as under:
"A copy of Service Register along with Leave Account till 31.10.2017 is enclosed. Your Qualifying service till the of relieving of to date UIDAI i.e. 31.10.2017 is submitted for verification by Associate Accounts vide letter dated 18.10.2019 is copy enclosed."
Being dissatisfied, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 09.11.2019. The First Appellate Authority vide order dated 03.12.2019, enclosed a note given by APIO (P)/SUR, Central Railway, Solapur dated 27.11.2019 wherein informed as under:

The Appellant filed a Second Appeal u/s 19 of the Act on the ground of unsatisfactory reply furnished by the Respondent. Appellant requested the Commission to direct the CPIO to provide complete information sought for.
Submissions made by Appellant and Respondent during Hearing: The Appellant stated that he has received the relevant information sought in the instant RTI Application from the Respondent and expressed his satisfaction over the same.
A written submission has been received by the Commission from Shri G.P. Bhagat, Sr. DPO/PIO, Solapur, vide letter dated 17.11.2021 and the same has been marked to the Appellant, wherein the Commission has been apprised as under:
Decision:
Upon perusal of the facts on record as well as on the basis of the proceedings during the hearing, the Commission observes that the Appellant during the hearing has expressed satisfaction over the reply provided by the Respondent. Hence, the Commission finds no further scope of intervention in the instant matter.Page 3 of 5

The Appeal, hereby, stands disposed of.
