Section 17(1) in Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Rules, 2013
(1)The Verification Committee on being satisfied with the application and documentary evidence annexed therewith shall issue verification certificate in FORM-4D(l) to Scheduled Castes, in FORM-4D(2) to Scheduled Tribes and in FORM-4D(3) to Other Backward Classes to the Applicant, his guardian or Non-Applicant, as the case may be, within a period of not more than one month :Provided that if the Applicant, his guardian or Non-Applicant, as the case may be, requests to send the same by post, the committee may send the same by registered post.
