64. Vice-Chancellor and other officers, etc. be public servants.
The Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar, the Finance Officer and other employees of the University shall be deemed when acting purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions this Act to be public servants within the meaning section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XL of 1860).
