Section 7(1) in Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at District Court, Kheda at Nadiad and Courts under the jurisdiction of District Court, Kheda (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013
(1)GSICC shall be responsible for framing a policy, from time to time, and its implementation with regard to gender sensitization and prevention and redressal of sexual harassment in the Court.
