Section 13(e) in THE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS CODE, 2020
(e)any other corresponding law relating to co-operative societies for the time being in force in any State, shall not apply to any registered Trade Union and the registration of any such Trade Union under any of the aforementioned Acts shall be void.
