Section 3(h) in Orissa State Financial Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1975
(h)"Special pay" means an addition, of the nature of pay to the emoluments of a post or of an employee of the Corporation granted in consideration;(i)of the specially arduous nature of the duties; or(ii)of a specific addition to the work or responsibility;
