15. Other committees -
(1)The Council may constitute such other committees for such general orspecific purposes as the Council considers necessary and may co-opt any person or persons specifically qualified to advice on any matter to any committee other than executive committee. The composition and functions of such committee shall be such as may be prescribed.(2)A committee constituted under this section shall meet at such time and at such place as may be prescribed.
