Section 29(1) in The Ministers (Allowances, Medical Treatment and other Privileges) Rules, 1957

(1)A Minister and members of his family shall be entitled, free of charge, to medical attendance and treatment on the scale and conditions applicable to members of the All India Services and members of their families under the All India Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1954.
