Section 11(2) in The Orissa Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 2001
(2)The entire Fruit nursery including progeny trees, registers and other records shall be inspected by the Inspecting Officer from time to time in order to ensure that the provisions of the Act and the rules framed thereunder are strictly adhered to. The licensee shall show the Inspecting Officer the entire plant material and records.
