Section 14(4)(viii) in U.P. Street Vendors within the area of an Industrial Development Authority (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2018

(viii)the street vendors shall not sell prohibited goods. They shall not do any such activity/work/business/service which pollutes the environment or causes public hindrance/nuisance.
