Section 98(12) in The U.P. Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 1963
(12)Every licensee shall maintain account of all expenses incurred, by him on prospecting operations and also the quantity and other particulars of all minerals obtained during such operations and there dispatch thereof. '
