7. The Chancellor.
(1)The President of The World Institute Building Programme (Wibp) Shall Be The of Chancellor The University.(2)The Chancellor wilt preside over the meetings of the Governing Council, the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee with other powers and functions vested with him by or under the provisions of this Act.(3)In the absence of the Visitor the Chancellor shall preside over the convocations of the University.
