(h)"veterinary doctor" means a person who holds a degree of a recognized veterinary college and is registered with the Indian Veterinary Council [Haryana Veterinary Council] [Added by Haryana Notification No. S.O. 14/H.A. 24/1973/Sections 200 and 214/2004. dated 27.1.2006.]
