Section 8(1) in The Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation Of India) Act, 1990
(1)The Board shall meet at such times and places and shall observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings (including the quorum at meetings) as may be provided by regulations:Provided that there shall not be less than six meetings every year but three months shall not intervene between one meeting and the next meeting.
