Section 12B(2) in The Maharashtra Legislative Council (Chairman And Deputy Chairman) And Maharashtra Legislative Assembly (Speaker And Deputy Speaker) Salaries And Allowances Act, 1956
(2)There shall be paid to the Chairman, the Speaker, the Deputy Chairman and the Deputy Speaker a sum of Rs. 10,000 per month for availing the services of computer operator.
