29. Liability of trustee where beneficiarys interest is forfeited to the Government.
- When the beneficiarys interest is forfeited or awarded by legal adjudication [to the Government] [The words "to Government" successively amended by A.O.1937 and A.O.1950 to read as above.], the trustee is bound to hold the trust-property to the extent of such interest for the benefit of such person in such manner as [the State Government] [Substituted by A.O.1937, for "the Government" .]may direct in this behalf.
