Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 498(A), 341. 323. 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering that the Petitioner is the cousin sister-in- law of the Informant, it is ordered that in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioner, named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Andharathari P.S. Case No. 32 of 2013, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Distt. Madhubani, subject to the conditions as laid down under Sections Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9518 of 2014 (2) dt.18-04-2014 2/2 438(2) Cr. P.C. and (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner. (ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
