Section 12(1) in The West Bengal Scheduled Castes And Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Vacancies in Services And Posts) Act, 1976
(1)Every appointing authority shall maintain such records [and documents] [Words inserted by W.B. Act 24 of 2000.] as may be prescribed by rules made in this behalf and shall furnish to the State Government in the prescribed manner an annual report on the appointments made by it, during the previous [year reckoned according to British calendar.] [Words Substituted for the words 'financial year.' by W.B.
