Section 1 in Gujarat Electricity Regulatory' Commission (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019
1. Short title and commencement.
- 1.1 These Regulations shall be called the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory' Commission (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019.1.2These Regulations shall become effective from the date of Notification.1.3Deviation Charges specified in these Regulations shall be effective from 1st August, 2019.
