Section 1(3) in The Bihar and Orissa Aerial Ropeways Act, 1924
(3)It shall come into [operation] [The Act was enforced on the 1st January, 1925, by notification no. 3437-Com., dated the 25th November, 1924.] on such date and subject to such exceptions and modifications, if any, as the [State] [Substituted by Adaptaion of Laws Order.] Government may by notification direct.
