119. Publication of the scheme.
[Sections 100 and 107(2)(d)]. - The approved or modified scheme as the case may be under sub-rule (3) of rule 118 shall be published in the Official Gazette and also in a newspaper in the Hindi language having circulation in the area or route covered by the scheme.
