Section 12 in The West Bengal University of Health Sciences Act, 2002
12. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University:-(1)the General Council;(2)the Executive Council;(3)the Academic Council;(4)the Finance Committee;(5)the Planning Board;(6)the Board of Studies; and(7)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
