(iii)Description and extent of the proprietor's private land under a temporary lease in conformity with the provisions of Section 116 of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885, referred to in clause (a) (i) of subsection (1) of Section 6, together with the average rate of rent which the Enquiry Officer considers to be fair and equitable;
