(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Act a Municipality which is other employees a Municipal Corporation or a Municipal Council shall have the following of Municipality. officers and employees, namely:-(a)A Municipality Secretary;(b)An Executive Officer; and(c)Such other officers and employees as may be prescribed.
