Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 3.11.2009, the defendant no.1 has handed over a cheque of Rs.40,000/- to the learned counsel for the plaintiff today. Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff admits the aforesaid payment.
Four applications are said to be pending consideration. Learned counsel appearing for both the parties submit that the matter be posted after three weeks for consideration of the aforesaid applications.
