This Petition has been filed under the Cinematograph Act, 1952 challenging certain insertions/ excisions/ modifications in a Hindi film called "Teesri Begum". The said insertions/ excisions/ modifications have been referred to in the show cause notice dated 6th March, 2024.
2 The said insertions/ excisions/modifications are 14 in number and they are set out at serial Nos. 1 to 14 at page Nos. 46 and 47 of the paper book.
3 Mr. Sethna, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, and Mr. Saraogi, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, state that the dispute regarding all the insertions/ excisions/ modifications have been sorted out between the parties, except S.R.JOSHI 1 of 2 ::: Uploaded on - 02/05/2024 ::: Downloaded on - 22/05/2024 08:03:18 ::: 37-commpl-12123-2024.doc with regard to Sr. 11, which reads thus:-

4 The learned Counsel for both the parties have requested the Court to view the film before hearing further arguments on this film. Mr. Saraogi states that he will hand over a copy of the said film on a pen drive on or before 30th April, 2024 for the viewing of this Court.
5 Mr. Sethna also hands over a copy of the entire script of the said film.
6 Stand over to 8th May, 2024 under the caption "For Directions".
