An Annual Report of the proceedings of the Society and of work undertaken during the year shall be prepared by the Secretary for the information of the Government of India and the Government of Bihar and all the members of the Society. A draft of the annual report and yearly accounts of the Institute, shall be placed before the Society, in one of its meetings for consideration and approval.Amendment of Rules
