(2)The procedure and other matters laid down in Sub-rules (2) to (6) of Rule 3 shall mutatis mutandis apply to matters relating to the acceptance of the declaration, preferring of an appeal in case of rejection of acceptance of the declaration, disposal of the appeal and submission of a copy of registered declaration to the competent authority.
