Section 2(g) in The U.P. Foodgrains (Procurement and Regulation of Trade) Order, 1982
(g)"Purchasing agent" means an agent appointed by the State Government, Controller or Collector in relation to any area for the purchase of foodgrains on State Government account under this Order;
