Section 19(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT, 2020
(1)The Corporation shall maintain books of account and other books in relation to the business and transactions in such form, and in such manner, as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013(Central Act No.18 of 2013).
