Section 72(2)(b) in Life Insurance Corporation of India (Staff) Rules, 1960

(b)

(i)For purpose of journey by air under clause (a) (i) a part of a day shall be treated as one day.

(ii)A day is also allowed for any fractional portion of any distance prescribed in clause (a)(ii).
