22. Chairman and Vice-Chairman to hold office until their successors enter upon office.
- The Chairman and the Vice-Chairman shall, notwithstanding the expiration of their term of office, continue to hold their office, until their successors enter upon their office or the Administrator or the Committee of Administrators, as the case may be, is appointed under section 16 and assumes office.
