(a)to photograph any worker, to inspect, examine, measure, copy, photograph, sketch, direct testing of or test, as the case may be, any building or room, any plant machinery, applicance or apparatus, article or substance, any register or document or anything provided for in order to give effect to the provisions of the Act:
