Section 50(2) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (1) chimneys shall be built at least 0.9 mtr. above flat roofs and the top of the chimneys shall not be below the top of adjacent parapet wall. In the case of sloping roofs, the chimney top shall not be less than 0.6 mtr. above the roof where chimney penetrates.
