Section 7(3) in West Bengal Prisoners' Welfare Fund Rules, 2008
(3)A separate Bank account in any branch of the State Bank of India or any other Nationalized Bank shall be opened for management of the Fund. The account shall be jointly operated by the Chairperson and the Member Secretary.
